S\u00fa to napr\u00edklad:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Kateg\u00f3ria 1a \u2013<\/strong> pr\u00e1ca v sede, \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00edctvo, pr\u00e1ca na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, administrat\u00edva (optim\u00e1lna teplota \u2013 23 a\u017e 27 \u00b0C, minim\u00e1lna pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 20 \u00b0C, max. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 28 \u00b0C).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Kateg\u00f3ria 1b <\/strong>\u2013 pr\u00e1ca v sede alebo \u013eahk\u00e1 manu\u00e1lna pr\u00e1ca, napr. pr\u00e1ca v laborat\u00f3ri\u00e1ch (optim\u00e1lna teplota \u2013 22 a\u017e 25 \u00b0C, min. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 19 \u00b0C, max. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 27 \u00b0C).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Kateg\u00f3ria 1c<\/strong> \u2013 \u013eahk\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca v stoji, napr. obsluha a obr\u00e1banie strojov, v\u0155tanie, fr\u00e9zovanie (optim\u00e1lna teplota \u2013 20 a\u017e 24 \u00b0C, min. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 17 \u00b0C, max. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 26 \u00b0C).\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Energetick\u00fd v\u00fddaj zamestnancov v tejto triede by nemal prekro\u010di\u0165 hranicu <strong>130 W \u2022 m-2 <\/strong>po\u010das be\u017enej 8-hodinovej pracovnej zmeny.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Trieda 2<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>V zamestnaniach druhej triedy sa zamestnanci pri pr\u00e1ci u\u017e <strong>trochu zapotia.<\/strong> S\u00fa toti\u017e v neust\u00e1lom pohybe, preto<strong> minim\u00e1lna teplota<\/strong> na pracovisku za\u010d\u00edna na 10 \u00b0C a <strong>maxim\u00e1lna<\/strong> sa pohybuje v okol\u00ed 20 \u00b0C.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Zamestnanci v druhej triede s\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou <strong>\u0161of\u00e9ri<\/strong> n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch \u00e1ut, ovl\u00e1daj\u00fa stavebn\u00e9 stroje, vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa <strong>\u013eahk\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>, s\u00fa to maliari, mont\u00e1\u017enici alebo z\u00e1hradn\u00edci, ktor\u00fdch celkov\u00fd energetick\u00fd v\u00fddaj sa pohybuje medzi <strong>131 \u2013 200 W \u00b7 m-2 <\/strong>(8-hodinov\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 zmena).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aj 2. triedu <strong>rozde\u013eujeme na podtriedy<\/strong> s rozli\u010dnou optim\u00e1lnou teplotou na pracovisk\u00e1ch:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>trieda 2a<\/strong> \u2013 optim\u00e1lna teplota 18 a\u017e 21 \u00b0C, min. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 15 \u00b0C, max. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota \u2013 25 \u00b0C,<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>trieda 2b <\/strong>\u2013 17 a\u017e 20 \u00b0C, min. teplota \u2013 12 \u00b0C, max. teplota \u2013 25 \u00b0C.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Trieda 3<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>V tretej triede sa <strong>nestanovuje<\/strong> optim\u00e1lna a maxim\u00e1lna pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota. Minim\u00e1lna pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota je v\u0161ak 10 \u00b0C. Do tejto triedy s celkov\u00fdm energetick\u00fdm v\u00fddajom <strong>201 \u2013 260 W \u00b7 m-2 <\/strong>(8-hodinov\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 zmena) patria <strong>intenz\u00edvne manu\u00e1lne \u010dinnosti<\/strong> v neust\u00e1lom vysokom tempe, pri ktorom sa zamestnanci dok\u00e1\u017eu <strong>optim\u00e1lne zahria\u0165.<\/strong> Ide\u00e1lna pracovn\u00e1 teplota preto nie je v tomto pr\u00edpade stanoven\u00e1.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Zamestnanci <strong>dv\u00edhaj\u00fa \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 bremen\u00e1<\/strong>, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, tla\u010dia alebo \u0165ahaj\u00fa nalo\u017een\u00e9 f\u00fariky, voz\u00edky a pohybuj\u00fa sa r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou 5,5 a\u017e 7 km\/h. Ide najm\u00e4 o <strong>stavebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ieho charakteru<\/strong> a pr\u00e1cu v exteri\u00e9ri.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Trieda 4<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ani v \u0161tvrtej triede nie je ur\u010den\u00e1 optim\u00e1lna a max. pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota. Minim\u00e1lna pr\u00edpustn\u00e1 teplota sa pohybuje na \u00farovni 10 \u00b0C. V \u0161tvrtej triede n\u00e1jdeme <strong>naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161ie zamestnania<\/strong>, intenz\u00edvne \u010dinnosti a vysok\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 tempo. Zamestnanci dv\u00edhaj\u00fa alebo <strong>pres\u00favaj\u00fa \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 bremen\u00e1<\/strong> do 50 kg, venuj\u00fa sa v\u00fdkopov\u00fdm pr\u00e1cam, pracuj\u00fa so sekerou a vyd\u00e1vaj\u00fa <strong>viac ako 260 W \u00b7 m-2 energie <\/strong>za be\u017en\u00fa 8-hodinov\u00fa pracovn\u00fa zmenu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pod\u013ea z\u00e1kona sa telo pri tak\u00fdchto n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch profesi\u00e1ch <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee dostato\u010dne zahria\u0165,<\/strong> preto ani v \u0161tvrtej triede nie je potrebn\u00e9 stanovi\u0165 ide\u00e1lnu teplotu na pracovisku.\u00a0Napriek tomu existuje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2016\/99\/20160301.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka<\/a>, ktor\u00e1 ur\u010duje ur\u010dit\u00e9 <strong>kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 a dlhodob\u00e9 \u00fanosn\u00e9 \u010dasy<\/strong> pri pr\u00e1ci v konkr\u00e9tnych teplot\u00e1ch.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4>Ani pr\u00edli\u0161 teplo, ani pr\u00edli\u0161 zima<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ide\u00e1lna teplota na pracovisku zrejme nikdy neprestane by\u0165 predmetom <strong>sporov zamestnancov,<\/strong> napriek tomu, \u017ee jej rozsah stanovuje z\u00e1kon. Nie je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, \u010di pracujete v open space office alebo vo v\u00fdrobnej hale, niekomu je jednoducho pr\u00edli\u0161 teplo, in\u00e9mu zas pr\u00edli\u0161 zima.
